Avoid Them

Discipline please!

Yes!!!! I am planning to be fit and firm before the year will end. I want to loose more kilos and kilos to have a flat stomach, formed thighs, and most especially having a curvy body. I started to do cardio activities that will help me such as badminton, swimming, jogging, and other exercises (random activity) for at least 1 hour to be healthy. But I have my weakness – which are the sweet ones (chocolates bars, chocolate chips, shakes, and etc.)

Ooooh ooooh! Okay. But I have my inspiration :) Checking this site http://getthin-or-dietrying.tumblr.com/ almost everyday during my working hours makes me soooooo aaaaaaaaah! I WANT THAT KIND OF BODY!

Our Baby Boy


We really love this doggy and treat him like our baby boy since we don't have a brother.

My Mom brought him to the pet shop for a change. :D
